Parenting Neurodivergent Kids: Finding Calm, Connection & Confidence
A 6-week closed support and therapy group for parents
Raising a neurodivergent child can bring enormous love, learning, and joy — but it can also be exhausting, isolating, and full of uncertainty.
This small, therapist-led group offers a safe and supportive space to share experiences, learn new perspectives, and reconnect with your own wellbeing.
Over six weekly sessions, we’ll explore:
Managing overwhelm, guilt, and burnout
Understanding emotional and behavioural needs
Communicating effectively — with your child, family, and professionals
Building resilience, boundaries, and self-care
Reclaiming your confidence and calm as a parent
Where: West Norwood Library
When: Tuesday’s 10am-11.30am
Duration: 6 weeks, closed group (same members throughout)
Cost: £210 for the full series (£35 per session equivalent)
Group size: Maximum of 8 participants
Booking: Spaces are limited.
